At Kenstto, we aim to dispatch your footwear as quickly as possible. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately:
- Email: Send a cancellation request to Colakicksenterprises@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #12345".

3. Refunds on Cancellation
If your prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch:
- We will initiate a full refund to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI).
- The refund will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Cancellation by Kenstto
In rare circumstances, Kenstto reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase (stock issues).
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Incomplete address or unverified contact details provided by the customer.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and process a full refund immediately.
