2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 Days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 Days
  • North East / J&K / Remote Areas: 7-10 Days

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee (e.g., ₹50-₹100) may be charged for COD orders. This will be calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can use this ID to track your package on our courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged or Open Packages

If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged from the outside, please do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it to the sender and inform our customer care immediately. We will arrange a replacement for you.
